I grew up in the South, where food wasn’t just something you ate—it was an expression of love, community, and pride. As a child, I watched my dad stand by the grill for hours, teaching me how to create flavors no one could duplicate. He taught me that patience, precision, and passion were the key ingredients to making every dish unforgettable. I started with a small square-shaped grill, dreaming about the day I could barbecue for more than just my family. What began as a hobby soon became my purpose.

My business started with a small backyard grill and a big dream—to serve food that brings people together. Over time, my passion grew into a full-scale catering service with a 24-foot pull-behind grill that lets me serve at festivals, fundraisers, and community events. My recipes are rooted in southern tradition but filled with creativity, each one made with the same love and care I learned from my father.

Beyond great food, my mission is to give back. I mentor local youth through my entrepreneurship program, teaching them real-world skills like customer service, budgeting, food prep, and teamwork. My son is part of the program, and seeing him and others gain confidence and direction makes this work deeply meaningful. Through this business, I’m building more than a catering brand—I’m creating opportunities for the next generation to succeed.
